Delivery - Deliver Symphony series systems in 12 weeks ARO, unsurpassed by any other manufacturers in the industry, and we do not sacrifice quality for delivery.

Feasibility - Conduct feasibility studies on actual customer provided substrates before creating the final equipment spec, thereby providing the most suitable system for the cutomer's process.

Technical Support - Improve customers’ existing coating processes by analyzing and implementing new ideas for their systems. Research and develop new coating processes to assist customers to gain leading edge technology.

Exceptional Installation Procedure - Production can start within 2 weeks after system’s arrival. System installation, operator training, uniformity check, and chemical calibration are all completed within 2 weeks if system arrival.

Tecport Optics guarantees top quality. Each coating system goes through a rigorous 5-day quality check and testing before shipping. Tecport personnel are highly trained with one focus in mind: "Quality".

Complete Customer Support

Tecport Optics provides its customers world class customer service. The Customer Support Package, Basic Plan, provides extensive system operational training onsite. Training involves system operation, maintenance procedures, assembling of subsystems, and cleaning procedures. In addition, coating processes will be developed and optimized onsite to meet customers’ production requirements. The Basic Plan also offers one preventive maintenance visit and software upgrade. Higher levels of service contracts are available for customers’ complete satisfaction.

An outstanding feature, as part of the support package, is the supply of expendable parts at no cost to Tecport’s customers. Tecport Optics is committed to excellence in customer service and in business relationships.
